While some of my family took a trip to the scenic Northwest, they graciously thought to send back some of the seafood fare ( thanks, ate! ). Normally, I would have popped this pre-cooked sucker in the microwave for a few ticks and tucked into it. Thankfully, Loan decided otherwise and tried out a new ginger and scallion sauté for the hefty crustacean.
I may have just had the best crab of my life.
